General

Our service includes unlimited requests and unlimited revisions. This means that you can make as many requests as you’d like, and we’ll work through them as quickly as possible. Once you submit your requests, your dedicated Project Manager will review them, to ensure we have all the details required. Then they’ll assign them to your design team.

For our internal management of the team and to be fair with all clients, on the pricing page, we have provided a general range of time in hours WordPress developers spend on your tasks per day.

We're fair, and we’ve found our monthly clients are as well. We support a reasonable number of tasks per client, and we will let you know if you’re stretching the friendship.

WPHelpify’s HQ is in Milton Keynes, UK and operates in GMT. Our development team members, meanwhile, are full-time WPHelpify employees, who work from our offices in different time zones. Together we ensure that our clients get timely responses to their inquiries, and have their development requests fulfilled as quickly as they need them to be.

Billing

There are no hidden fees at all. You will only pay the flat fee on a monthly basis.

We do not accept cash, cheques, money transfers, or Paypal as methods of payment. At the moment we only accept debit/credit cards.

No. We offer a monthly subscription so that at any time you wish to cancel, you can do so hassle-free.

We maintain a 30-day cycle for billing. As long as you maintain an active subscription, you will be billed on a recurring basis, on the same day that your full subscription began. If you want more information on this, or if you wish to clarify any details, please reach out to us.

Not hard at all. We keep things simple at WPHelpify. No documentation or extensive process. You can cancel at any point in time. Just log in to your WPHelpify account, and you can cancel with just a few clicks. Need a hand with this? No worries. You can request assistance via email at support@wphelpify.com. You can also request assistance from your dedicated Project Manager. There is only one thing that we will ask: “What could we have done better?” We ask, because we value your feedback.

Just need a temporary break? But still want access to your Trello board, to remain assigned to the same dedicated design team, and to lock in the existing subscription price regardless of service updates? Consider pausing your subscription.

We do understand that your workflow will change from time to time, and this is why we make it possible for you to cancel at any time. As WPHelpify is a monthly subscription service, and we provide the opportunity to cancel your subscription at any point, we do not offer refunds due to inactivity.

IP and Confidentiality

We never disclose details about our clients. We do however share some of the work we do for you in our portfolio. If you'd prefer not to have your designs included in our samples, please do let us know via via email at support@wphelpify.com.
